We Will Replace or Refund If:

  • Your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a quality issue

  • You receive the wrong item

  • There’s a clear error in fulfillment

If any of this applies, reach out to us within 30 days of delivery.
Just include:

  • Your order number

  • A few clear photos showing the issue

  • If you have multiple products, show them all in one photo for verification

Submit it via email support@studentofwhy.com, and we’ll make it right.


We Cannot Accept Returns For:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size, color, or design selected at checkout

  • Shipping delays outside our control

Each piece is created just for you, so we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges unless something has gone wrong.

Please note: All sales of digital downloads are final.
Because digital products are delivered instantly, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once they have been purchased.

If there is an issue with your file, such as a missing element, download error, or formatting problem, we will do our best to make it right. Just reach out via our [Contact Page], and we will offer a solution as quickly as possible.
